About the role

Shipsy runs the logistics operations of some of the world’s largest enterprises. Most rollouts are 12 to 24 month transformations involving services, integration, and change management. Today our Customer Solutions team delivers that work directly. To scale, we need partners. Strategy firms to diagnose. Global SIs to deploy. Technology partners to extend the platform. Referral partners to open new doors.

The Head of Global Partnerships & Alliances builds and leads that ecosystem. You define the partner strategy across all four tracks, sign and activate the right firms, and make sure every joint customer wins. Enterprise buyers spend roughly four dollars on services for every dollar on software. The partner motion is how Shipsy captures that downstream value while accelerating the customer’s outcome.

This is a from-scratch global build. The Shipsy partner programme is live, the four tracks are defined, and the first signatures are in. The next phase is yours to scope, staff, and own. If you have led complex global engagements at a top-tier consulting firm and want to move into building rather than advising, this is the role.

Where the role sits

You report to our Chief Strategy Officer, who owns the partner agenda at the leadership table. You will also work closely with the CEO, who personally drives our largest tier-1 alliance relationships and stays involved in the global partner strategy. Day to day you operate shoulder-to-shoulder with our regional Sales leaders and Senior Directors of Customer Solutions to align the commercial and delivery sides of every partner relationship. You own the global partner P&L, with regional managers based in each major hub.

This is one of the most senior commercial leadership hires we are making. Based in London, Gurugram, or Singapore. We expect significant travel across our hubs and to our largest partner headquarters.
